What is the Controversy in the summit?

What has been generalized in this article is the controversy of expanding Internet access around the world: a crucial summit takes place in Tunis. It reveals that bridges the gap of technology between rich and poor nations; however, the central problem is little funding. To elevate the technology and knowledge would evolve all countries into internationally-agreed development goals. How to balance the human rights and freedom of expression in a global information society ,additionally, is the central point of thesummit. It is also difficult to practice in China, because the government is interested in sheltering state security from criminal acts.

In the article, it is a well-developed policy to help poorer countries benefit from information and communication technologies. If there is abundant funding, it will open the floodgates of advantages: knowledge, communication, and freedom.

The first advantage to leap on the stage is the knowledge: a key to unlocking the door of study. People can broaden their horizon to derive knowledge from the Internet, and the quality of study will follow hard on the heel of technology. In other words, the development of technology lays the foundation of information on the education.

Following the knowledge, furthermore, poorer countries can build the communication access in the globe, shrinking the gap between rich and poor nations. To cast the Internet society is necessary to expand a country’s reputation, although it requires lots of funding to support. Also, people will be saturated with various resources to pool their abilities, to advance professional skills, and to change different opinions.

The last advantage is freedom: nothing can be placed on the same parity. It means the country will open a new chapter to build a freedom of speech society. To arrive at the goal, however, there are still many problems such as criminal acts, human rights, and management. If country is not prepared, it will cause a far-reaching impact to bruise themselves with freedom of speech.

In conclusion, to develop the technology all around the world is a huge task. It relates various elements to reach the goal. If there is enough funding, it will develop quickly.
